Rick brings more than 40 years of experience in the construction sector to the table. In this webinar he talks about the need to recognise and understand risk, before it can be allocated and managed.
Rick shares three essential contracting rules and eight must-haves of construction risk management, and takes you through effective risk processes. He also provides a risk analysis template and shows you what successful delivery should look like.
While his presentation has been developed for contractors, the intention of the Construction Sector Accord is to roll out risk training for procurement specialists, design consultants and subcontractors. Rick’s aim is to share good practice, stimulate the debate on construction risk management and identify organisations and individuals who can assist in lifting the capability of risk management in the industry.
