New Contract Partnering Agreement launched
It's now easier to put the Accord principles into practice with a new Partnering Agreement developed by the Accord.
On this page
This sets out how parties can work together to follow the Construction Sector Accord principles and contribute to the Accord outcomes.
The agreement can be used by clients and contractors at the outset of contract negotiations to set out the behaviours and principles that should guide their relationship through the life of the project. The document sets expectations for how parties will behave in regards to risk allocation, payments, people, health/safety/wellbeing, and the environment.
The Accord encourages both public and private parties entering into new contracts to use the exemplar agreement to support positive relationships and a successful project.
